From the girls on the phone, the man who showed me the program, to the man who got me financed and all the people in between I learned enough to make this decision as to window or not to window. I was having a hard time opening mine, and the weren't keeping sand out or warm air in and I could wash one side of each and that was hard and time consuming. But after seeing the program Winchoice was offering and now that I have my windows, I wish id done it years ago. if I were just starting out, my first place, or married and buying a home Id do this, and never have to worry about windows again, or large heating and cooling bills, or paying someone to come a wash windows for me. These windows are way more than I ever dreamed of or expected and my only regret is I didnt do it sooner. Now, the icing on the cake! The Installer! Shane, he came to my home and told me who he was and started taking curtains, blinds, etc. and laying them around the place very gently and he worked quietly through the day into early evening. I had worked in the yard and we quit about the same time. He said he'd be back in the morning when I walked back into my house It looked just the way it had when he got there. I've never seen anything like it. Not one shred of evidence that he had taken everything down that morning, took old windows out, put new ones in and didnt make a mess. I asked if he took a picture to put it all back, but he remembered. Not a mess at all, he took everything with him and I was back in business like no one had been here much less switched windows. Kudos to you, Shane! And he did it alone! He was the kind of worker you always want but seldom get. Kudos, Shane. If I ever need a new window please send Shane. He deserves a big bonus!
